HELP!

Ok I know I promised funny on Fridays but well I'm not in a funny kind of mood. You may have seen this on my FaceBook but I'm up to my eyeballs in rage right now. This horse needs help and I am bound and determined to find it help. I can't take driving by this poor thing day after day and seeing it like this. So I'm posting a picture for all to see and hoping someone will have an answer. Funny will be back next Friday.

A side note, I know I haven't gotten to emails because I've been sick but I promise I have read every single comment. Thanks...love y'all!
